The following are the guidelines we will follow to provide an in depth analysis

We will review every facet of your computer system, including, but not limited to:

· Programs and services in use now and possible replacements/upgrades
· Usability and latency of existing system
· Expandability/upgradability
· Client/employee concerns
We will develop a matrix of cost estimates to ensure vendors are “in the ball
park” for your equipment and facilities at your location, current usability and
tasking, cost analysis for alternatives, and provide a complete report of short-
term and long-term actions that will generate substantial savings and provide
better services for your company.
We believe, upon implementation of our proposal, that you will have the
technology and equipment to take you through the next five to seven years with
services and compatibility to clients as well as employees.
Proposals are done on an hourly rate basis of $49.00/hr and most proposals
are completed within 10 to 15 hours.
